Term of Service | T.O.S

by commissioning me, it means that you have read and accepted all the terms listed below

GENERAL

  • Commission are NOT first come first serve.

  • Waitlist not taken at this time

  • I will work on commission I feel matches my style.

  • Artwork timeline varies with each commission. (can take a week to a few months)

  • You can submit an inquiry through Commission Form, Email or Twitter DMs.

  • Updates will be sent to you through twitter DMs or email.

  • Revisions vary and can incur additional costs if exceeds average work time for that style of project

ARTWORK

  • I hold the rights to use artwork within my portfolio

  • please specify if you wish your finished commission to be kept private for period of time ( predebut, birthday, christmas gift etc )

  • If you request your finished commission to not be posted at all and be kept private forever there will be a privacy fee

PAYMENT

  • Prices are in USD

  • Prices listed on carrd are starting at pricing

  • Paypal or Ko-Fi payment accepted at this time

  • Full payment preferred up front

  • Half payment upfront option available for USD $100 and up (but all artwork updates will be heavily watermarked)

  • Refunds are not available once commission started

  • If I am unable to complete the project a refund will be issued dependent on the situation.

COMMERCIAL PRICING

  • Commercial pricing IS included in VTuber Model Commission

  • If you plan on using the commissioned artwork on commercial physical merchandise you must pay an additional 100% of cost

HOW I WORK WITH YOU

  • I will always make sure to give you an estimated (soft) delivery time and will only send an invoice after you're ok with the timeframe given.

  • Once payment is receive, I will work on your commission when available.

  • After I finish sketching I will send you a screenshot for approval.

  • During this stage you are allowed to suggest changes to be made. Additional changes after this stage may or not be charged.

  • Painting

  • Once the commission has been completed I will send the client a high resolution image of the final product.

SIDE NOTES

  • Requests that will likely be declined : NSFW, full furry, extreme gore, elderly looking characters and complex mech.

  • Factors which will result in additional charges : detailed designs, complex backgrounds, complex props (i.e. detailed accessories and weapons etc.)

  • Colored Sketch - scuffed & roughly done artwork, faster completion

  • Full Rendered - neatly outlined, colored and rendered, slower progress

Please keep in mind that I do not work under a strict deadline as I often work on multiple projects in parallel. If you wish to have your commission request fulfilled within a promised timeframe please be at least be 2 months before deadline. If you still wish to have your commission request fulfilled within less than 2 months timeframe a rush fee will be applied depending on project's final price.
